Using vegetal oils in oil-based products and emulsion formulation is relatively easy, however formulating water-based formulation can be challenging. Certain synthetic Solubilizers can help to dissolve oils, however they come with their set of disadvantages. It can negatively affect the viscosity, the forming & the clouding point of formulations.

We have developed a new series of products called HYDRAOIL, made of vegetal oils which gets transformed into water soluble/dispersible oils through an exclusive trans-esterification process. As the process does not involve direct condensation, all the essential fatty acids and unsaponifiable fractions remains unchanged in HYDRAOIL. These in turn formulate products
that are more stable and possess the properties such as color, greasiness and viscosity
that of the starting oil.
